My expertise lies in translation, SEO, and localization. I have successfully managed a web shop that operated in 20 European countries and the USA. With over 15 years of experience in the online retail industry, I have held various leadership positions, including Project and E-commerce Manager, Market Research Team Leader, and Head of the Translation Department. Additionally, I have experience as a product listing creator with localized translation for Swedish marketplaces.

I got my master’s degree in Scandinavian languages and literature from the University of Belgrade, and I majored in Swedish. I lived and worked in Sweden for a few years after I graduated, mostly for work.

Milenka Kostić, MSc, Translation Team Leader

I hold a Master’s degree in Slavic languages and literature from the University of Belgrade, specializing in the Ukrainian language. My academic background and professional experience have equipped me with extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of Ukrainian language teaching and translation.

Throughout my career spanning over a decade, I have collaborated with fellow translators and coordinated intricate translation projects. Notably, I served as the lead translator for the Ukrainian Embassy in Belgrade and managed document translation for the Red Cross. These experiences have honed my proficiency in translating between Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Serbian, encompassing a wide range of text types and complexities.

I have also contributed to the translation of numerous literary works published across several European countries. Additionally, I actively participate in European Union initiatives focused on translating Ukrainian literature into Serbian. To date, my translation portfolio exceeds 100,000 pages.

Jelisaveta Vlajković, MSc, Translation Specialist

During my academic career, I specialized in the Polish language, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Slavic Studies from the University of Belgrade and a Master’s degree in Polish Philology from the University of Warsaw.

Throughout my education, I actively participated in various international scholarship programs, including CEEPUS, Erasmus+, Pomiędzy Słowami / Between Words, and the Rhefine project. Additionally, I spearheaded the Poljskopedia translation project in collaboration with the Polish Embassy in Belgrade. Throughout my academic career, I have honed my proficiency in Polish and English, excelling in both written and oral translations. I have served as a consecutive translator, primarily converting Polish to Serbian or English, and vice versa. My translation portfolio includes a diverse range of literary and scientific works, with recent experience extending to legal documentation and medical protocols.

As a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a profound passion for languages, I derive immense satisfaction from my work. I view translation as an exceptional opportunity to enhance my professional experiences and broaden my expertise across diverse subject matters.

My educational background includes a degree in American Culture and Literature from Santa Barbara, California, USA. Subsequently, I relocated to Belgrade, Serbia, where I resided and worked for over a decade.

I possess a high level of proficiency in both English and Serbian, which has enabled me to undertake numerous projects involving translation and cultural development between the United States, Serbia, and Turkey. In addition to various business and administrative translation tasks, I have also provided translation services for several television shows in Turkey. Furthermore, I served as an English and Serbian language instructor for employees of the Turkish Embassy in Belgrade.
